Cathryn did a really great job in helping me sell my condo in Chicago. After I moved out of state and the unit was empty, she recommended to me that we renovate the unit in order to maximize our listing/sale price. The renovation took 3 months. With me out of state she worked very, very hard in managing this process (working with the contractors, ordering materials, etc.). She also did a great job in communicating with me. She kept me constantly updated, whether it was by phone, email or text. She also sent me pictures and videos so I could see the progress being made. I knew instantly when I read Cathryn’s background in commercial and property development that she was the agent I wanted to hire to sell our condo at 3200 N. Lake Shore Drive. We had rented the condo for the past 20 years and at this point it was very outdated. Cathryn provided price points based on degree of renovation. After reviewing and seeing other condos that she had renovated, some minor and others more extensively, we decided to do a major renovation of the condo. Cathryn represented my partner and I in the sale of our previous condo in Lakeview in Chicago, and working with her was absolutely a pleasure. As a first time home buyer, I had no clue what I was doing but she was with me every step of the way for guidance and support. Cathryn is extremely knowledgeable, and took the time and patience to work with me to figure out exactly what I like and wanted. I truly wouldn’t have found my perfect home without her expertise.
While on tours, she brought to my attention many things I wouldn’t have noticed or thought about asking.
